Chicken Skewers:

  • pounds boneless (skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp.Badida Complete seasoning
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1½ Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely minced or pressed)
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 3 lemons (sliced in half)

Harissa Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1½ Tbsp. harissa paste
  • 1½ Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Chicken Skewers:

  1. Season the chicken with the salt, pepper and Sazon seasoning and place it in a baking dish. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, honey, cumin and garlic and pour it over the chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  2. Preheat grill to high heat.
  3. Skewer the chicken, lemon halves and tomatoes in an alternating pattern.
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until the chicken juices run clear and the chicken and lemons are charred. Serve with harissa yogurt sauce on the side.

Harissa Yogurt Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl combine the yogurt, harissa and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
