To remove seeds, slice pomegranate in quarters. Gently scoop seeds into a bowl by using a spoon. To protect counter, and yourself, use a kitchen cloth on the counter and wear an apron, pomegranates are very messy.
Place seeds in a glass and pour whiskey and kombucha.
When ready to serve, add ice cubes.
Minty Lime Kombucha Cocktail
Thinly slice mint leaves.
Place in bottom of serving glass with juice of half a lemon and several drops of agave.
