Pomegranate Cocktail
- 4 Ounces Kombucha
- 2 Ounces Whiskey
- Seeds of 1/4 pomegranate
- Several ice cubes
Minty Lime Kombucha Cocktail
- 4Ounces Kombucha
- 2 Ounces Whiskey
- 5–6 Fresh mint leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon Agave
- Juice of half of lime
- Several Ice Cubes
Instructions
Pomegranate Cocktail
- To remove seeds, slice pomegranate in quarters. Gently scoop seeds into a bowl by using a spoon. To protect counter, and yourself, use a kitchen cloth on the counter and wear an apron, pomegranates are very messy.
- Place seeds in a glass and pour whiskey and kombucha.
- When ready to serve, add ice cubes.
Minty Lime Kombucha Cocktail
- Thinly slice mint leaves.
- Place in bottom of serving glass with juice of half a lemon and several drops of agave.
- Using a mortar mash for several seconds.
- Add Kombucha and whiskey.
- When ready to serve, add ice cubes.
