- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 0.5 cups (118 ml) oats
- 0.5 cups (118 ml) flour
- 0.25 cups (59 ml) brown sugar
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the strawberry slices, brown sugar, and flour. Distribute evenly into 4 ramekins.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the butter until crumbly.
- Top the strawberry mixture with the crumble and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of brown and white sugar in the crumble topping.
- If your strawberries are particularly juicy, pre-cook them for 5 minutes before adding the crumble to prevent a soggy bottom.
