- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
Notes
*Use “mild” jalapeños for less of a kick and regular jarred jalapeños for a zippier, spicier hummus.
