- 4 (9-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 1/3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup diced honey ham
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the flour tortillas on 2 large baking sheets.
- In a small bowl, combine the marinara sauce and barbecue sauce. Spread about 2 heaping tablespoons of the sauce mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/3 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the diced honey ham and diced fresh pineapple over the cheese on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and dried basil over the top of each pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake the tortillas for a few minutes before adding the toppings. You can substitute mozzarella cheese for Monterey Jack if preferred. Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven for best results.
