Description

This Honey Ham and Fresh Pineapple Pizza uses flour tortillas as a quick and crispy crust, topped with spicy marinara, Monterey Jack cheese, and fresh toppings for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 (9-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup diced honey ham
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the flour tortillas on 2 large baking sheets.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the marinara sauce and barbecue sauce. Spread about 2 heaping tablespoons of the sauce mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Evenly distribute the diced honey ham and diced fresh pineapple over the cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano and dried basil over the top of each pizza.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake the tortillas for a few minutes before adding the toppings. You can substitute mozzarella cheese for Monterey Jack if preferred. Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven for best results.
