Description

Sweet and refreshing watermelon popsicles,
perfect for a hot summer day.


Ingredients

Units
  • 1.25 cups (296 ml) fresh watermelon slices
  • 0.5 cups (118 ml) watermelon water
  • 0.5 cups (118 ml) coconut milk

Instructions

  • Puree 1 cup of chopped watermelon slices with 1/2 cup watermelon water and pour into popsicle molds until they are ? full.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Pour chilled coconut milk on top of the frozen watermelon blend.
  • Top with remaining watermelon slices and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Rinse molds under warm water to release the popsicles.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, blend the watermelon puree until completely smooth before pouring into molds.
  • To prevent ice crystals, ensure the coconut milk is well-chilled before adding it to the molds.
