Description

Sweet and refreshing watermelon popsicles,
perfect for a hot summer day.


Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups (296 ml) fresh watermelon slices
  • 0.5 cups (118 ml) watermelon water
  • 0.5 cups (118 ml) coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Puree 1 cup of chopped watermelon slices with ½ cup watermelon water and pour into popsicle molds until they are ? full.
  2. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour chilled coconut milk on top of the frozen watermelon blend.
  4. Top with remaining watermelon slices and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Rinse molds under warm water to release the popsicles.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, blend the watermelon puree until completely smooth before pouring into molds.
  • To prevent ice crystals, ensure the coconut milk is well-chilled before adding it to the molds.
