- 1.25 cups (296 ml) fresh watermelon slices
- 0.5 cups (118 ml) watermelon water
- 0.5 cups (118 ml) coconut milk
Instructions
- Puree 1 cup of chopped watermelon slices with ½ cup watermelon water and pour into popsicle molds until they are ? full.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Pour chilled coconut milk on top of the frozen watermelon blend.
- Top with remaining watermelon slices and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
- Rinse molds under warm water to release the popsicles.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, blend the watermelon puree until completely smooth before pouring into molds.
- To prevent ice crystals, ensure the coconut milk is well-chilled before adding it to the molds.
- These popsicles can be stored in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
