Description

Start refining your perfect grilled meal before Memorial Day gets here. Salmon can be barbecued with simple seasonings in minutes. Serve with your favorite vegetables, dusted with creole spices, and charred just right.


Ingredients

Scale

Salmon

  • 6 skin-on center-cut salmon fillets, each about 8 oz. and 1 inch thick, pin bones removed
  • 2 Lemons
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Vegetables

  • Peppers
  • Potatoes
  • Corn
  • Any other vegetables of your choice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Butter or Olive oil, to brush
  • Creole seasoning
  • Lime juice

Instructions

Salmon

  1. In foil, place a piece of salmon and sprinkle some lemon, salt, and pepper over it. Wrap it up and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes remove it from the silver foil and place it on the grill.
  3. Grill it until it becomes dark pink in color.

Vegetables

  1. Toss all vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and creole seasoning.
  2. Place on grill, by type, as they will all have different cooking times. Cook until desired doneness.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice, if desired.
