Description

Soft, chewy almond butter cookies are made without any flours and drizzled with chocolate to melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix together the almond butter, egg, vanilla, coconut sugar, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl
  3. Scoop spoonful of batter onto greased cookie sheet
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges start to lightly brown
  5. Melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil
  6. Once cookies are cooled add chocolate to cookies as desired (dipped, drizzle, sandwiched, etc)
