Description

Whip up a big batch of these super simple muffins and have a sweet breakfast to go all week long.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 12 slices bread, cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Add the bread cubes and stir to coat & moisten.
  3. Spoon into greased foil lined baking cups
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 for 17-20 minutes.
  5. Syrup is optional.
