Description

Salmon and Brussels sprouts roast together on one sheet pan for a simple, healthy weeknight dinner. Minimal cleanup, maximum flavor!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 salmon filets
  • 12 oz (340 g) shaved Brussels sprouts
  • 4 tbsp Tessamaes Lemon Garlic Dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Place salmon on a sheet pan and sprinkle shaved sprouts around it.
  3. Spoon dressing over the salmon and sprouts; toss sprouts gently.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes, watching the sprouts carefully as smaller pieces may cook quickly.

Notes

  • For even cooking, ensure Brussels sprouts are roughly the same size; you can halve larger ones.
  • If you don’t have Tessamae’s dressing, substitute with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and minced garlic to taste.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave.
