- 2 tablespoons blueberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 drops blue food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a flat surface.
- Brush the dough with melted butter.
- Spread a mixture of fresh blueberries and blueberry preserves over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into individual rolls.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake according to package instructions or until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the lemon cream cheese frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, fresh lemon juice, and food coloring.
