Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place bell pepper halves onto a baking sheet.
- Fill each pepper half with 3-4 tablespoons (45-60ml) of pizza sauce.
- Add your desired toppings (such as onions, olives, pepperoni, sausage, etc.).
- Sprinkle each pepper half with mozzarella cheese or dairy-free cheese.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
