A fun and healthy twist on pizza, using sweet bell peppers as a low-carb crust. Simply fill with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings for a quick and delicious meal.

  • 1 15 ounce (425g) jar of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup (237ml) mozzarella cheese (swap with dairy-free cheese,if needed)
  • Whatever toppings you'd like!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place bell pepper halves onto a baking sheet.
  3. Fill each pepper half with 3-4 tablespoons (45-60ml) of pizza sauce.
  4. Add your desired toppings (such as onions, olives, pepperoni, sausage, etc.).
  5. Sprinkle each pepper half with mozzarella cheese or dairy-free cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
