- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (2.5 dl) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup (1.25 dl) dried strawberries or your favorite dried fruit
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the rolled oats. Toast them for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and fragrant.
- Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the toasted oats and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- In a serving bowl, place the Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey.
- Once the oats have cooled, sprinkle them over the yogurt.
- Top with dried strawberries or your choice of dried fruit.
