Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1.25 dl) traditional rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (2.5 dl) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup (1.25 dl) dried strawberries or your favorite dried fruit

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the rolled oats. Toast them for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and fragrant.
  2. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the toasted oats and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  3. In a serving bowl, place the Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey.
  4. Once the oats have cooled, sprinkle them over the yogurt.
  5. Top with dried strawberries or your choice of dried fruit.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy a peaceful morning breakfast.

Notes
