- 1 tbsp of chopped almonds
- 1 cup (250 ml) of double cream
- 2 cups (500 ml) of natural yogurt
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse the berries thoroughly under cold water and let them drain well.
- In a large bowl, gently mix the berries together and then transfer them to a serving plate.
- Drizzle the honey evenly over the berries.
- Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top of the berries.
- In a separate bowl, whip the double cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the natural yogurt and vanilla extract into the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Spoon the vanilla yogurt mixture over the berry salad.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
