- 1/2 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 dates
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut water
- Pinch of fresh ground nutmeg to garnish
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into serving glass. Sprinkle fresh ground nutmeg. Drink immediately.
