A refreshing and aromatic lemonade with the unique flavors of cucumber and lavender, perfect for a quick and easy summer drink.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Make the lavender syrup by combining dried lavender flowers with sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves, then let it cool.
  2. Blend fresh lemon juice with cucumber and water.
  3. Mix the lavender syrup with the lemon-cucumber blend.
  4. Serve chilled, optionally with plain soda for fizz.
