Description

A simple yet stunning spread, perfect for cheese boards or as a sweet topping. Fresh raspberries and thyme combine for a burst of spring flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 raspberries
  • 1/2 T honey
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • leaves of 2 small sprigs of fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Mash with a fork and stir.
  3. Set aside to gel for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

  • For a smoother spread, use an immersion blender instead of a fork.
  • To intensify the thyme flavor, lightly toast the thyme leaves before adding.
  • Store the spread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
