Rather than a cocktail, start your day with a cool, creamy piña colada smoothie made with Greek yogurt.


  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp. flaked coconut
  • 2 heaped tbsp. plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender, bullet or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add additional pineapple juice if you want it a little thinner.
