- 1 cup (200ml) water
- 4 tea bags Earl Grey
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp (18 grams) honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) rosemary
- 1 teaspoon (5 grams) mustard

Instructions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and pour over the 4 Earl Grey tea bags in a mug. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
- Stir in the juice from 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of honey, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon of rosemary, and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Mix well and allow the marinade to cool to room temperature.
- Add the beef or chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a slight char on the outside.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, try using different types of tea like Jasmine or Rooibos. If you prefer a stronger tea flavor, increase the steeping time. Store any leftover kebabs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
