A healthy coconut frozen treat without added sugar.
Ingredients
Scale
- 15 ounces (443 ml) Coconut Milk
- 3 tablespoons of Honey
- 2 tablespoons of shredded Coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, honey and shredded coconut (if using).
- Pour into the popsicle molds. It will fill four, 4 ounce (118 ml) molds.
Notes
This recipe makes four pops. It’s easy to make more, just double the ingredients. The shredded coconut will sink to the bottom, but that’s a good thing, you get to eat them first.
