Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cl gin
- 1 cl olive oil
- 1 cl simple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- dash of lemon
- egg white
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle all ingredients but the egg white.
- Add egg white, shake over ice.
- Strain and pour.
- Garnish with basil.
