Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the dry spices: chili powder, garlic powder, coriander cumin powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the mixed dry spices.
- Fry the spices in the oil for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning, until the spices are fragrant.
- Add the roasted almonds to the pan and toss them in the spiced oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Continue to cook the almonds for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are heated through and well-coated with the spice mixture.
- Remove from heat and let the almonds cool before serving or storing.
