Description

Turn your favorite childhood cereal into a cool summer treat!
These Cinnamon Toast Crunch pops are easy to make and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups (473 ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup (237 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (237 ml) cinnamon toast crunch
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • 1 tbls vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze until partially frozen.
  4. Place popsicle sticks in the middle of each popsicle.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.

Notes

  • For creamier popsicles, use full-fat coconut milk instead of heavy cream.
  • If your cereal is particularly large, pulse it briefly in the blender before adding the other ingredients to prevent a chunky texture.
  • Store leftover popsicle mixture in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
