Description

Flaky biscuits get a tangy, savory upgrade with crumbled blue cheese and garlic. Perfect for a quick appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cups (237 ml) melted butter
  • 4 oz (113 g) crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 16.3 oz (462 g) can refrigerated Grands biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, blue cheese, and garlic salt; mix well.
  4. Cut biscuits into quarters and dip each piece into the butter and blue cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange biscuits in the prepared pan.
  6. Pour the remaining butter and cheese mixture over the biscuits.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For richer flavor, use high-quality, sharp blue cheese.
  • If you don’t have fresh parsley, omit it or substitute with 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley.
  • These biscuits are best served warm and fresh from the oven, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
