- 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 16.3 oz (462 g) can refrigerated Grands biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, blue cheese, and garlic salt; mix well.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and dip each piece into the butter and blue cheese mixture.
- Arrange biscuits in the prepared pan.
- Pour the remaining butter and cheese mixture over the biscuits.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For richer flavor, use high-quality, sharp blue cheese.
- If you don’t have fresh parsley, omit it or substitute with 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley.
