Description
This smoothie tastes like you’re having dessert for breakfast, but is actually loaded with nutrients and summer berries.
Ingredients

- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats (I use Bob’s Red Mill)
- 3–4 pieces of ice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in blender and blitz for a minute. Taste and check consistency. Add more milk to make it thinner and more ice for thickness.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with sliced almonds, oats, and blackberries.
