- 2 parts The Balvenie 12 Year Old DoubleWood
- 0.75 parts fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 parts simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 6 leaves of mint
Instructions
- Muddle mint, shake all ingredients together with ice, strain over fresh ice, garnish with a mint sprig.
