These doughnuts are baked, making them slightly healthier than the fried variety, but just as tasty.

- 1 box of yellow cake mix, prepared as package directs- but use the following substitutions:
- replace 1/2 the oil with melted butter
- replace the water with milk
For the glaze
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter, melted
- 2 tbs (30 ml) milk
- 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Pour the batter into a greased doughnut pan and bake for 12-14 minutes; allow to cool and glaze.
To make the glaze
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, stir until smooth
