Description

These feisty little devils are absolutely delicious, and they can be prepared well in advance of the game or Holiday celebration. They are almost too easy to even be called a recipe.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 6 slices thin cut bacon
  • 6 jalapeño peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half and remove the membranes and seeds.
  3. Combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing salt and pepper, reserving any leftovers for another batch.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Slice the bacon in half then wrap it around each jalapeño. Securing with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Place the jalapeños on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature
