Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sliced baguette pieces, cut side down, in the skillet. Toast for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the toasted baguette slices from the skillet and place them on a serving platter.
- Spread a thin layer of pesto over each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each slice with a few slices of ripe avocado.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the avocado to enhance the flavor.
