Description

This creamy avocado chocolate mousse is a delightful and guilt-free dessert, enhanced with a refreshing citrus twist from orange zest.


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips, melted (optional)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp dry milk powder (optional)
  • Grated zest of one orange

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Blend the avocado meat to a fine puree.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, melted chocolate chips, sugar, milk powder, milk, and vanilla essence to the blender.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
