Description

Fresh blueberries, coconut yogurt, and almonds come together in these creamy overnight oats, offering a delicious and easy breakfast option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup Dream Ultimate Almond beverage

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of oats, 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt, 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries, and 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds.
  2. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour 1 cup of Dream Ultimate Almond beverage over the top of the layered ingredients.
  4. Stir gently to combine, ensuring all oats are submerged in the liquid.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours, to allow the oats to soak and soften.
  6. Before serving, give it a good stir and add a little more almond beverage if you prefer a looser consistency.
  7. Enjoy chilled, straight from the fridge.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a bit more almond beverage before serving. Customize with your favorite fruits or nuts for added variety. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
