Description

Elevate your next rooftop gathering with these two stunning canapés and a delightful charcuterie board. Perfect for warm evenings and stylish entertaining.

Ingredients

  • Dried mango slices
  • Boursin cheese
  • Smoked cheddar cheese
  • Goat cheese
  • Organic Mousse Aux Cepes
  • Petits Cornichons
  • Cocktail Onions
  • Smoked Duck Breast
  • Jambon Sec
  • Sweet Mini Peppers
  • Moutard de Dijon
  • Petits Toasts

Instructions

  1. For the first canapé:
  2. Top petits toasts with smoked cheddar cheese, Jambon Sec, and piped Mousse Aux Cepes. Garnish with a cornichon.
  3. For the second canapé:
  4. Top petits toasts with a dried mango slice, thin-sliced duck breast, a dollop of boursin cheese, and a blistered cherry tomato.
  5. To blister tomatoes: Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat (approximately 375°F/190°C). Add the tomatoes and swirl the pan to keep them moving until the skin is wrinkled and slightly charred. This should take about 5 minutes.

Notes

  • For best flavor, let the charcuterie board sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
  • If boursin cheese is unavailable, substitute with another soft, creamy cheese like brie or chèvre.
  • To prevent the toasts from becoming soggy, assemble the canapés just before serving.
