Instructions
- For the first canapé:
- Top petits toasts with smoked cheddar cheese, Jambon Sec, and piped Mousse Aux Cepes. Garnish with a cornichon.
- For the second canapé:
- Top petits toasts with a dried mango slice, thin-sliced duck breast, a dollop of boursin cheese, and a blistered cherry tomato.
- To blister tomatoes: Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat (approximately 375°F/190°C). Add the tomatoes and swirl the pan to keep them moving until the skin is wrinkled and slightly charred. This should take about 5 minutes.
