- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained but not rinsed
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the avocados, white beans, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, cumin, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Using a fork, mash the ingredients together until the mixture is semi-smooth but still somewhat chunky. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
