Ingredients

- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 medium peaches, sliced or chopped (unpeeled)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- squirt of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, peaches, sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted vegan butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
