- 1 banana
- 2 peaches (stones removed)
- half a mango (cubed)
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 heaped tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- ice cubes
