- 8 oz (227 g) Feta Cheese
- 3.5 oz (100 g) Cream Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 7 oz (200 g) Roasted Tomato
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 10-12 Bread slices
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Add feta cheese and cream cheese to a food processor.
- Pulse until the cheese is well mixed and creamy.
- Add black pepper and mix well.
- Slather bread slices with butter and toast until slightly crisp.
- Top with whipped feta cheese and roasted tomatoes.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve immediately.

- For a smoother whipped feta, let the feta and cream cheese soften to room temperature before processing.
