  • 4 Sandwich Bread Slices
  • 4 Pepperjack or Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 2 tbsp Guacamole (optional)
  • 1/4 cups (60 ml) Roasted (grilled or sauteed veggies)

  6. Repeat with the other sandwich.

Notes

  • For a crispier exterior, use a cast iron skillet or griddle.
  • To prevent soggy bread, avoid overfilling the sandwich with salsa or guacamole.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated in a skillet or toaster oven.
