- 3/4 -1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- about 2 cups frozen peaches (cubed with skin removed)
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the order listed a high powered blender, blend and enjoy!
- Adjust the almond milk (or liquid of choice) according to desired thickness.
