Description

A slightly fruit cranberry iced tea is perfect to throw in a slow cooker and let simmer all day with aromatic spices. Enjoy with a fresh lemon slice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tea bags (I used black tea)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon (cut into slices)
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Place tea bags into slow cooker and pour boiling water over it. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Add in cranberry juice, sugar, lemon, cinnamon, and gloves. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
  4. Remove lemon slices and cinnamon sticks before serving.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
