Sheet Pan Dinner: Teriyaki Tofu and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bag frozen diced onions
  • 1.5 lbs frozen broccoli florets (you can also use fresh)
  • 14 oz pack extra firm tofu (cut in 3/4? cubes)
  • 1 cup your favorite teriyaki sauce
  • Black sesame seeds and hot pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the frozen onions evenly and top with broccoli.
  2. Arrange the tofu between the vegetables. Pour the Teriyaki sauce all over.. Gently mix, avoid breaking the tofu. Bake for 30 minutes or until broccoli is done
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds and/ or pepper flakes, if using
