- 1/2 cup (118 ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (118 ml) ice cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- a few drops of stevia
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Instructions
- Combine spinach, heavy cream, ice cubes, mint extract, and stevia (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top with cacao nibs.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen spinach and reduce the amount of ice.
- If you don’t have heavy cream, you can substitute full-fat coconut milk for a similar creamy texture.
- Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
