Description

Creamy, minty green smoothie packed with spinach and cacao nibs. Perfect for a refreshing treat!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) spinach
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • a few drops of stevia
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Combine spinach, heavy cream, ice cubes, mint extract, and stevia (if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with cacao nibs.

Notes

  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen spinach and reduce the amount of ice.
  • If you don’t have heavy cream, you can substitute full-fat coconut milk for a similar creamy texture.
  • Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
