- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Pie crust for top and bottom
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the blackberries, sugar, sage, and vinegar. Mix gently to combine.
- Roll out the bottom pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Pour the blackberry mixture into the pie crust.
- Roll out the top pie crust and place it over the filling. Crimp the edges to seal.
- Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
