Description
Grab a handful of this granola or top your yogurt with it for a healthy, nutrient-loaded snack.
Ingredients

- 4 cups (322g) old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup (80g) All-bran
- 1 cup (125g) wheat germ
- 1/4 cup (40g) flax seeds
- 1/4 cup (30g) roasted pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup (90g) chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (87g) maple syrup
- 1 cup (180g) pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp (1g) cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (0,6g) ginger
- 1/8 tsp (0,2g) nutmeg
Instructions
- Toss all of the ingredients together.
- Spread them onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake the granola at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until the granola is golden brown, stirring it every 5 minutes or so to ensure that it doesn’t burn and/or stick to the pan.
- Stir it when you remove it from the oven and then let it cool on the pan.
- Store it in a sealed container.
