- 30ML TANQUERAY GIN
- 15ML ST GERMAINE ELDERFLOWER
- 15ML FRESH PRESSED LEMON JUICE
- 20ML FRESH PRESSED PEAR JUICE
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and garnish with edible flowers.
