Grab some of summer’s fresh berries, a touch of sugar, and your favorite yogurt to easily create a festive cool dessert.

- 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons (25g) raw sugar, divided
- 1 cup (240g) vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
Muddle the Berries
- Prepare Strawberries:
- Place the chopped strawberries in a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of raw sugar.
- Muddle the strawberries gently until they release their juices but still have some chunks.
- Prepare Blueberries:
- Place the blueberries in a separate bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of raw sugar.
- Muddle the blueberries gently until they release their juices but still have some chunks.
Layer the Popsicles
- Layer the Popsicle Molds:
- Spoon a layer of muddled strawberries into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
- Add a layer of vanilla Greek yogurt on top of the strawberries.
- Spoon a layer of muddled blueberries on top of the yogurt.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze:
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
Serve
- Remove from Molds:
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.
- Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust Sweetness: You can adjust the amount of sugar based on your taste preferences.
- Yogurt Choice: Use your favorite type of yogurt. Vanilla Greek yogurt adds a nice flavor, but plain or other flavored yogurts can also be used.
- Muddling Tips: Don’t over-muddle the berries; keep some chunks for texture.
- Storage: Store popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
