Description

These Oatmeal Raisin Pumpkin Spice Kiss Cookies combine the classic oatmeal raisin cookie with a festive pumpkin spice twist, featuring a creamy, spiced Hershey’s Kiss center.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 package Pumpkin Spice Hershey's Kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In your mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the oats and raisins until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are just set.
  9. Immediately after removing from the oven, gently press a Pumpkin Spice Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  10. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a softer cookie, do not overbake; they should be just set in the center when removed from the oven. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you can’t find Pumpkin Spice Hershey’s Kisses, substitute with regular Hershey’s Kisses and add a pinch of pumpkin spice to the dough.
