Description

These Nutella brownies are soft, gooey, and incredibly easy to make with just three ingredients.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 9 oz Nutella
  • 3 oz plain flour
  • 2 medium eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or Gas Mark 4.
  2. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with greaseproof paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add 9 oz of Nutella, 3 oz of plain flour, and 2 medium eggs.
  4. Mix together with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking tin, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool in the tin for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

These brownies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For a richer taste, try adding a pinch of salt or a splash of vanilla extract. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
