Description

This vibrant Mixed Fruits Jelly combines fresh orange juice, green kiwifruit puree, and dragon fruit for a refreshing and colorful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 300g Orange juice
  • 30g Sugar (or add to taste)
  • 1 1/4 tsp Agar agar powder
  • 220g Green kiwifruit puree (from 2 pcs kiwifruit)
  • 100g Water
  • 30g Sugar (or add to taste)
  • 1 1/4 tsp Agar agar powder
  • 1 Dragon fruit, diced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 300g of orange juice, 30g of sugar, and 1 1/4 tsp of agar agar powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture comes to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and continue stirring for another minute. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any lumps.
  2. In a separate saucepan, combine 220g of green kiwifruit puree, 100g of water, 30g of sugar, and 1 1/4 tsp of agar agar powder. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture comes to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and continue stirring for another minute.
  3. Pour the orange juice mixture into a mold and allow it to set slightly. Then, carefully pour the kiwifruit mixture on top, followed by the diced dragon fruit. Allow the jelly to set completely in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter jelly, adjust the sugar to your taste. Ensure the agar agar is fully dissolved to avoid lumps. The jelly can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve chilled for the best taste.
